Important Notice to Buyers: Used & Refurbished Goods

All items, computers, components, and parts sold on TechParts Store are pre-owned, used, or refurbished unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1. Limited 30-Day Non-Functional Warranty

We provide a limited 30-day functionality guarantee. If a product arrives completely non-functional (Dead on Arrival) or fails to function during normal use within thirty (30) days of delivery, you may request a return. This guarantee covers hardware functionality only. It does not cover:

• Cosmetic defects or minor wear disclosed and visible in listing photos — these are considered accepted by the buyer at the time of purchase
• New cosmetic damage claimed after delivery that does not match listing photos (subject to photo verification review)
• Battery health degradation or reduced battery capacity
• Issues caused by user modification or software configuration

2. AS-IS After 30 Days & With All Faults

Except for the 30-day non-functional return policy explicitly stated above, all products are sold "AS-IS," "WITH ALL FAULTS," and "AS AVAILABLE." Beyond the initial 30-day window, TechParts Store makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the long-term condition, performance, durability, or lifespan of any item. We explicitly disclaim all implied warranties, including the Implied Warranty of Merchantability.

3. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that used electronics carry inherent risks. TechParts Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including data loss, hardware damage to your existing equipment, system downtime, personal injury, or property damage — arising from the use, installation, or failure of any product. Our maximum financial liability to you shall never exceed the actual purchase price paid for the specific item causing the issue.

4. Compatibility & Installation Exclusion

The buyer assumes 100% responsibility for verifying component compatibility and system requirements prior to purchase. Our 30-day return policy does not apply to items ordered by mistake or found to be incompatible with your system. We do not accept returns for items damaged due to improper user installation, handling, overclocking, or static discharge.

5. Return Verification

All return claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and compared against original listing photos and condition descriptions. Claimed damage must not be present in the original listing photos to qualify for a return. TechParts Store reserves the right to deny any return claim that cannot be verified against listing documentation.
