Refund policy

At TechParts Store, we stand behind the quality of every pre-owned part we sell. All items are inspected and tested before shipping.

30-Day Limited Functionality Guarantee We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. This guarantee covers hardware functionality only. If your item arrives completely non-functional (Dead on Arrival) or fails to function during normal use within thirty (30) days of delivery, you may request a return.

Eligible Returns

  • Item is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or completely non-functional
  • Item received is significantly different from the listing
  • Item fails to function during normal use within 30 days

Non-Eligible Returns:

  • Cosmetic defects, scratches, or wear disclosed and visible in listing photos — these are considered accepted by the buyer at the time of purchase
  • New cosmetic damage claimed after delivery that does not match listing photos (subject to photo verification review)
  • Battery health degradation or reduced battery capacity
  • Change of mind or ordered the wrong item
  • Incompatible items — buyer assumes full responsibility for verifying compatibility before purchase
  • Damage caused by improper installation, mishandling, overclocking, or electrostatic discharge
  • Issues caused by user modification or software configuration
  • Items returned after 30 days

Return Shipping

  • If the item is Dead on Arrival or arrives damaged in a way not shown in listing photos, we cover return shipping
  • All other eligible returns are the buyer's responsibility for return shipping

Return Verification: All return claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and compared against original listing photos and condition descriptions. Claimed damage must not be present in the original listing photos to qualify for a return.

Refunds Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

AS-IS After 30 Days Beyond the 30-day window, all products are sold "AS-IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." TechParts Store makes no representations or warranties regarding long-term condition, performance, durability, or lifespan. We explicitly disclaim all implied warranties, including the Implied Warranty of Merchantability.

Limitation of Liability By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that used electronics carry inherent risks. TechParts Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including data loss, hardware damage, system downtime, or property damage — arising from the use, installation, or failure of any product. Our maximum liability shall never exceed the actual purchase price paid for the specific item.
